The destination information.
An order contains the games, quantities and contact and address details supplied in the form. Phone and delivery instructions are optional. These details let the shop handle the request and an agreed delivery; no payment-card information is collected by the site.
Messages and crew reports travel differently.
A support message is kept with its email address for the shop to answer. A crew report publishes the chosen contributor name, rating, words and date on a game page. Reports are visitor opinions and do not carry a verified-purchase claim.
Recognising the returning browser.
A necessary secure cookie connects this browser with its order records and editable reports. It is configured for thirty days, with the host’s session expiry also applying. Removing it may remove access to those controls, while the records themselves remain on the server.
Your information questions.
Email [email protected] to ask about access, a correction or removal of submitted details. We may check identity before acting. Some order records need to remain for fulfilment, accounting or a dispute; delivery providers may receive the address needed for an agreed shipment. Technical hosting logs can exist, but no advertising or analytics integrations are loaded here.
