In Island Hoppers, a good connection is the beginning of a new opportunity. Place islands, link ferry and flight routes, and work out which journeys can share the same stretch of ocean.
The map grows as you play, so there is always a reason to look beyond the route you first imagined. It is a bright, accessible puzzle with enough planning to reward a second round.

Reveal an island
Add a destination to the shared display.
Connect a journey
Use a ferry or flight route to join two useful points.
Complete a ticket
Finish a requested trip and plan the next connection.
A connection can serve more than one idea.
A newly revealed island might support the ticket in front of you, but also suggest a different journey later. Look at how a ferry or flight link sits in the growing map. The interesting choice is which useful connection to make first when several routes appear possible.
A shorter first stop
Island Hoppers is listed at 20–30 minutes for two to four players, ages seven and up. Keep journey tickets visible during the explanation and trace one completed trip with a finger before moving pieces. Leave space for the display to grow instead of crowding it against the table edge.
